 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. First came to Sewing Wave to have my 30 year old machine serviced. As I placed it in their care I said my goodbye as I felt it had done its best work. Sadly got the news of the damage report, & decided to start anew.  I returned to Sewing Wave to choose my new machine as I waited & did some research seeing what was on market these days. Went in thinking I'd replace my old Janome with something else but thankfully the lady behind the counter that day sowed for a living & asked why I wasn't sticking with Janome, I stated that I thought for my craft work that this other machine was suppose to be better. The lady responded with, "why would you move from something you know & know works well" So I walked out of store with an updated version of my old pal & very happy in my decision. Thanks to all at Sewing Wave who helped, supported & informed me during my experience there. I'll be back to annoy you all again it was a wonderful experience.

Such a nice person. To take to and answered all our questions.Our machine was ordered and shipped the same day and arrived within 3 days.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Service was friendly. However my machine has to go back as the stitches no longer match the card numbers. Only been since in for service.
